Without any bleach or chemical processing, cotton is one of the best gifts the nature offers to human beings. Born to be soft, it is hypoallergenic, gentle to human skin, highly absorbent. We apply USA cotton which is grown without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals, such as fertilizers or pesticides, required to enforce the National Organic Program (NOP) of the USA.

We have USA COTTON certificate, FDA and SGS report for this product. Also, we have data sheet for each batch of our nonwoven fabric products. Defect scanning system is installed for each of our production lines.

Our advanced online-defects scanning system will give alarm for even little spots on fabrics, so as to ensure perfect quality of each yard of nonwovens.

2. Can you produce spunlace with blends of cotton or synthetic fibers such as polyester?

Yes. Combined with synthetic fibers such as polyester, the cotton spunlace nonwoven fabrics become more softer and stronger. It is based on clients' needs. We will not add any other fiber unless clients want to.

3. What is ISO grade for your workshop making nonwovens?

It is ISO1000 grade workshop making cotton spunlace nonwoven fabrics since most of our products are consumed in hospitals, cleanroom, pharmaceutical conditions, etc.

4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as the trial order?

We encourage our clients to try our products at low MOQ of 600kgs.

5. What are the payment terms?
